Minimum two night rental. Rates do not
include the 11% state and county tax.
An advance deposit for the first night lodging plus tax is required
within one week of booking to guarantee your reservation.
Personal or business checks are accepted for advance deposit.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled
visit.
Cancellations must be received two weeks in advance of arrival or
the deposit will be forfeited.
Arrival time is 4:00pm. Departure time is 12:00noon. If
there is no other rental scheduled on your arrival or departure
dates, we can adjust these times to better meet your needs.
